You may have seen the delicious cover of the Bon Appetit June issue. It arrived at my house and I didn't know whether to make the tart or just hang the cover in my kitchen. So, I was flattered when my good friend commissioned me to make the tart for her boyfriend's birthday..I do not think I would have gotten around to it on my own otherwise. And happy to report, I have since made three, and they are every bit as delicious as the photo is beautiful.
Key substitution I made, was using my own lemon curd recipe a view posts back, and substituting lime juice for the lemon. It was delicious, light flaky crust, great curd, and luscious berries. I think I even prefer lime curd over lemon?!
